How we work
Airers listed by hanging metres
Every rack gives its total hanging length in metres and the footprint it takes when open, so you can tell before it arrives whether a full load fits on it and whether it clears the doorway.
Hampers measured in loads
Baskets and sorters are listed by how many machine loads they hold, not by litres. A three load sorter is three loads, which is the number anyone doing the washing actually counts in.
Pegs and rails that last the winter
Line pegs are stainless or UV stabilised and say which, because the cheap ones go brittle by February. Wall and over door rails give their load per bracket and ship with the fixings.
